Refund Policy


Thank you for purchasing our services at operated by Zema Media Ltd

We only offer a refund in certain conditions and only in exceptional circumstances. We invite you to read the conditions in more detail below.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the services you purchased from us, please let us know. Our returns refunds policy gives you 14 days to let us know and we will respond to your complaint within 7 working business days, please go to our contact us page or contact us at and we will do our best to resolve any issues. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds.

Once an investigation has taken place of your transaction history on your account we will determine whether a refund is applicable as this is a pay as you go service. If you are entitled to a refund, we will credit this back solely to the payment method used to make your transaction.

We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances for which we feel a refund is merited. These may be things like great dissatisfaction with a model’s performance in private or pay chat or the site not working properly for some reason. In cases like these, we will issue refunds in the form of site credit on a case by case basis.
