If for some reason you are unhappy with the services you purchased from us, please let us know. Our returns refunds policy gives you 14 days to let us know and we will respond to your complaint within 7 working business days, please go to our contact us page or contact us at info@domin8trix.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve any issues. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds.
Once an investigation has taken place of your transaction history on your account we will determine whether a refund is applicable as this is a pay as you go service. If you are entitled to a refund, we will credit this back solely to the payment method used to make your transaction.
