Things such as other complaints the model has received or other customer comments will be taken into consideration. If any dissatisfaction arises as a result of a User’s experience with an independent model who uses the Site software to host video chat rooms a refund will be issued in the form of site credit that can be used with other performers. The amount of the compensation depends on the specific situation and is determined by the administration of the site.
