The Online Safety Act, introduced in the UK in 2023, is designed to protect users from illegal and harmful content online. It applies to platforms that host user-generated content, including adult and live-streaming services like Domin8trix. Its core goals are:

Domin8trix has proactively implemented several platform-wide changes and is continuing to evolve its processes to meet ongoing legal requirements.

- Guest Restrictions:
As of July 2025, guests (unregistered users) can no longer access live streams. Only registered and verified customers are permitted to view content on our platform. - Performer ID Verification:
All performers must undergo a strict, legally compliant ID and age verification process before being allowed to stream or upload content. - Age Verification (In Progress):
We are currently developing an advanced age verification application to meet the new standards set by UK regulators. This will help ensure that underage users are not able to access any adult material on the platform. - Content Moderation Enhancements:
We now apply automated and manual checks on uploaded media and live streams to ensure all content complies with legal and platform guidelines. Any content deemed non-consensual, exploitative, or illegal will be removed and subject to further review. - User Safety & Reporting:
Improved reporting tools have been deployed, allowing users and performers to flag harmful behaviour, abusive messages, or policy violations directly within the platform. - Data Protection Compliance:
Domin8trix is fully compliant with UK GDPR and continues to treat all user data with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
